The strategy will allow investors in Thailand to enter the booming industry for the first time, with world-class expertise and established support from IWG. As part of its new program, IWG offers franchise opportunities as a cluster area development, nationwide, with a minimum of three centres. Franchisees will have the right to solely develop their exclusive franchise territory with a preferable option of three recognised brands – Regus, Spaces, HQ – which are characterised by their unique identities and target customer groups. The centres are up to 800 square metres in size with an estimated initial capital for one centre starting at Bt20 million with a 15-year term offer.
